Managing Robots
[Installation]
| Silicone Pad
For the top tray pads, insert the display part first, and then align them by inserting them on both sides. (Refer to Figure 1)
When assembling the center tray pad, make sure that the pads do not play to touch the inner surface of the robot structure.
If the tray pad is not installed properly, it may affect the weight sensor mounted at the edge of the tray and cause robot malfunction. (Refer to Figure 2)
Place the pad on the bottom tray according to the shape of the tray.
After installing the pads, reset the weight sensor. (Refer to Zero Weight)
[Caution]
The pad is made of silicone and may become vulnerable when exposed to high temperatures. Therefore, the use of a dishwasher is not recommended. When cleaning, it is advisable to use lukewarm water. Additionally, please use a neutral detergent rather than an acidic one.
When inserting the pads again after initial installation or cleaning, make sure that the pads are properly inserted into the tray.

[Maintenance]
| Exterior
Lightly wipe the exterior surfaces of the robot with a dry cloth or cloth. Keep the robot's cameras and sensors clean as dirt and debris can affect operation.
[Caution]
Do not use alcohol, acidic solutions, or strong chemical cleaners. The robot's surface may be damaged.
| Body
[Caution]
Do not use alcohol, acidic solutions, or strong chemical cleaners. The robot's surface may be damaged.
| Sensors
Fingerprints or foreign substances on the sensor should be removed using a microfiber cloth and glass cleaner. Foreign matters on the surface may cause malfunction of the product. Wipe it again with a dry microfiber cloth at the end to make sure you don’t leave any smudges behind, then shine your phone’s flash sideways to see if any spots remain.
| Wheels
[Caution]
Make sure to turn off the robot before cleaning the wheels.
When removing the wheel cover, please be sure to wear gloves.
Remove the wheel covers and use a long brush to remove any debris or dust. When cleaning the wheels, gently wipe them with a damp towel. Refer to the image below for how to remove the wheel cover.
1. The center line of the wheel leads to the robot's main body. Turn the wheel cover to the left from the center line.
2. If the wheel cover is separated from the robot's main body, open the cover as shown in the figure below.
3. After cleaning, put the wheel cover back on and turn it to the right as shown in image 1 above. The center line should run parallel to the edges of the robot's main body.
[Transportation/Storage]
The below instructions describe how to properly transport and store the robot.
| Transportation Method
To move the robot indoors, you can stand in front of or behind the robot and push it to the desired position.
A robot is paused when the screen is touched while on the move. Pause and then move the robot to the desired place.
[Caution]
Do not grab, move, or drag the tray.
While the robot is moving, do not drag it or block it in a hurry to stop it.
Be careful when moving the robot is negotiating a slide.
Do not lift and move the robot wheels so that they are off the ground.
For external/long transportation, use specialized transport vehicles and equipment with the robot powered off.
| Storage Instructions
When storing the robot, charge the battery and store it by referring to the following.
The optimal storage temperature range for the robot is 50 – 95 ̊F (10 – 35 ̊C), and the optimal humidity range is 10 – 80%.
When storing the robot wrapped in packing material, include some moisture absorbents.
When storing the robot for extended periods, make sure to take necessary safety measures to prevent the risk of tipping over.
