Since inception, our robots have made the news for many incredible accomplishments, milestones, and moments. In just over four years, we’ve grown from an idea to a fleet of thousands of fully autonomous service robots while saving an array of small business owners from labor shortages and staff turnover. In that time, we’ve grown stronger as a company and become smarter in our endeavor of enhancing service and customer experience across our revered restaurant and hospitality industry.
We now have some great news that will propel our next stage of growth. We are proud to announce completion of a $81 million Series B round of funding. This is a huge step that will enhance our top-notch engineering capabilities and expand our solutions across the world. We wanted to celebrate this success by acknowledging some of the biggest accomplishments that led us to this moment.

We never could have imagined that this company could grow up so fast. It has been extremely rewarding to see our solution make an impact on the daily lives of so many people. We are now in 33 states in America, 4 countries, and two continents. Our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams are steadfast in ensuring our partners experience the best hospitality robots in the world. Our market presence is starting to be noticed as a leader in innovation here in our backyard of Silicon Valley. Our organization of 200 people has now crossed a milestone of shipping 5,000 robots to customers in less than 2 years. As Vince Vaughn pointedly said in the movie Swingers: “Our little baby’s all growns up”.

Adoption is Now Arriving
Servi has traveled over 335K miles and made over 28M deliveries! Having the great pleasure to team up with hospitality leaders in the US has definitely put our success in perspective. We have established a first-rate partnership with Chili’s to provide their staff and customers with our service robots and will now expand our rollout even further across the country. Our fleet continues to grow each day in the US in collaboration with our incredible partners like the Compass Group, Denny’s, Marriott, and Pepsi. Also, our partnerships with SoftBank in Japan and Korea Telecom in Korea have propelled our growth abroad. These are big wins that will elevate awareness that service robots have arrived to help employees and operators of the food service and hospitality industry across the world.

NSF Seal of Approval
Our service robot, Servi, has also become the first of its kind to receive the prominent NSF certification, which is the golden standard related to hygiene and cleanability of products that come in contact with food. This is significant as our customers can rest assured they will not incur compliance violations from local health authorities with Servi working daily shifts on their premises.
